The European ADR Agreement classifies dangerous goods into 9 hazard classes. Each one requires certified drivers, compliant vehicles and specific documentation.
The 9 ADR classes (in brief)
- Cls. 1-2 — Explosives and gases (ammunition, propane, oxygen).
- Cls. 3-5 — Flammable liquids, reactive solids, oxidisers.
- Cls. 6-7 — Toxic substances and radioactive materials.
- Cls. 8-9 — Corrosives (acids/bases) and miscellaneous (lithium batteries).
What we prepare for every ADR trip

Certified driver
Valid ADR license for the relevant class, plus special endorsements (tanker, class 1, class 7).

Compliant vehicle + documentation
ATP/ADR certification, equipment (fire extinguishers, personal kit), ADR waybill and written instructions in the languages of the countries crossed.

Marking, labelling and route planning
Orange plates with UN number, labels on packages, avoiding tunnels with restrictions.
Bonus: excise goods transport
For alcohol, tobacco and cigarettes (fiscally excisable) we provide separate insurance, e-DA documentation and coordination with ANAF for the electronic seals.
