This document sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the daromav.ro website and of the services provided by Daromav Spedition. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the website.

2. Purpose of the website

The daromav.ro website is a platform presenting the transport and freight forwarding services provided by Daromav Spedition: ambient road transport, refrigerated, oversized, ADR, FTL/LTL, air, rail-intermodal, sea transport and warehousing. The website does not operate as an e-commerce platform — transport orders are contracted separately, on the basis of a quote and a dedicated contract.

3. Intellectual property rights

The entire content of the website (texts, images, logo, graphic structure, source code) is the property of Daromav Spedition or is used under valid licences. Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing or otherwise using any element of the website for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Daromav Spedition is prohibited. The trademark, name and logo of Daromav Spedition are protected and may not be used without authorisation.

4. Acceptable use

You undertake to use the website exclusively for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to:

• submit, through the website forms, false, misleading data or data that infringes the rights of other persons;
• use bots, automated scripts or other means to collect information from the website;
• attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the server, databases or other related systems;
• introduce viruses, malicious code or elements that may affect the functioning of the website.

5. Quote requests and contracting

Quote requests submitted through the website forms or by email do not constitute a firm order and do not bind Daromav Spedition to perform the transport. The transport / freight forwarding contract is concluded separately, in written form, based on the accepted quote and specific documents (CMR, transport order, framework contract, etc.).

Liability for the actual transport of the goods is governed by the CMR Convention, by the Romanian Civil Code and by our CMR insurance policy (limit EUR 1,500,000).

6. Limitation of liability

The information published on the website is of a general informative nature. Daromav Spedition makes reasonable efforts to keep the content up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or current at all times.

Daromav Spedition shall not be liable for:

• technical interruptions, errors, delays or inability to access the website;
• losses or damages resulting from the use of the information published, in the absence of a signed transport contract;
• the content of third-party websites to which external links are provided (social networks, authorities, etc.).

7. External links

The website may contain links to third-party websites (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, public authorities, etc.). These websites have their own privacy policies and terms of use, over which Daromav Spedition has no control and no responsibility.

8. Protection of personal data

9. Amendments to the terms

Daromav Spedition reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of access. Continued use of the website after the publication of the amendments constitutes acceptance of the new version.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the website or services shall be settled amicably, failing which it shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the registered office of Daromav Spedition.
